I am not naturally strong. I got strong the old fashioned way, the most efficient way: Heavy, systematic weight lifting. If you are just starting to work out or if you have been training for years & need to intensify your workout, I can help. Visit me in the Weight Room at Berkeley Ironworks, 800 Potter St., Berkeley, CA 94710, every Tuesday night between 6:00 and 10:00 or contact me.
